We offer custom printing on all of our Google Cardboards. The various versions we offer were developed specially to suit different purposes. Thanks to its thin yet strong cover, the VR Cardboard Fold is especially suitable for shipping. The VR Cardboard Light is a light version, available at an exceptional price. And, of course, we also produce the standard VR Cardboards v2.2 with the button.
All versions we offer can be branded according to your wishes. However, each version has its own advantages. The easiest way to determine which one is right for you is to think about the purpose for which you will use the VR Cardboards and to then decide which version best suits this purpose. We are the only manufacturer to have made sure that the VR experience remains the same when designing the different versions. This means that all versions are the same size when assembled and use the same high quality lenses.

Suitable for shippingTo get the ball rolling, you contact us by email or telephone so we may determine how we can best support you in the production of your Cardboard. After an initial review of the required quantities and deadlines, for example, we will send you a customized offer including all the necessary information. Upon request, we can send you a box containing samples of the different VR Cardboard versions to help you decide on the version that best suits your requirements.
You can either create the layout using our templates or avail of our graphics service, which will design the best layout for you on the basis of the information you provide. During this step, we will also determine the finish, deciding whether a matt or a glossy laminated finish will promote your brand more effectively. Then, we will check your print data and prepare it for printing.
Now, things get serious. You will receive the finished print file and we will then wait for your printing proof, which corresponds to the definite "Go" for production. No additional changes are possible following this step.
Now, we get started. We print, laminate, and punch like crazy, so that all materials are ready for assembly. Then our team assembles the VR Cardboards by hand and prepares them for shipment.
Quality control is performed following each production step for two reasons: We want to offer the best possible quality and we are also continuously seeking to improve ourselves. Before shipping out the VR Cardboards, we carry out a final inspection.
Now the VR Cardboards are packed in sturdy boxes so that they can arrive on your doorstep safely and intact. Enjoy!
The process is quite simple. All you have to do is send us your finished layout; alternatively, we can create a layout for you based on your specifications. We have samples and templates for all versions we offer, which you may use. Once the layout has been approved for printing, we will begin production. You do not have to worry about anything else from this moment on.
